Perth Spectres BASKET-BALL "CIRCUS" 2023

For the 3rd year running we are hosting Perth Spectres BASKET-BALL, a GALA BALL to give the Perth LGBTQIA+ the best feels while giving back. Attending our accessible ball means you support our club but also support our local community as we give 20% funds raised back during the event to Living Proud WA. 

Night Structure: Pre-Drinks: 6:30pm 

Doors Open: 7:00pm 

7-10pm: Dinner, Speeches, Entertainment, Raffles & Silent Auctions! 

Entertainment by Kinetica: Jaxon Coke, Matthew Pope & Alexas Armstrong will slay the circus!   

10pm to Midnight: Dance the night away with H. Sailor  Inclusions:

• 5 hours drink Package
• 2 course meals
• Best Dressed Prize: Glam up, queer up, Circus, YOU. Anything goes here!
• Spectacular Spectacular Entertainment!

Venue & Accessibility:

• Living Proud providing Auslan interpreters
• Living Proud access packs will be available for use throughout the event
• Q & A staff are available for assistance during the event
• This event will have live entertainment which will include loud music and at times flickering lights. Please decide whether this event is right for you.
• Panpacific entry, restaurant and ballroom is wheelchair accessible with lifts available to access the upper ballroom level.
• For wheelchair accessible bathrooms there is an oversized stall within the men's and women's bathrooms on the same level as the ballroom. Additionally there is a separate independent oversized bathroom on the upper levels that has access to wider doorways, hand rails, etc (unfortunately there is no available changing places/hoists/adult change table facilities available for this event). The Q & A Team can assist guests to these facilities if required
• Limited companion tickets available
• Public Transport options are available and wheelchair accessible, with bus stops arriving on Adelaide Terrace
• Taxis and Uber drop offs and pick ups can occur at the drive through drop off at the front entrance of the Pan Pacific
• Undercover parking available off of Hill St, however 1.9m in height and limited Acrod Bays
• Limited Acrod Bays available on Adelaide Terrace
• Limited Acrod Bays available on Terrace Road, however Hill St has a very steep incline to get to the Pan Pacific

Final weeks of Tickets Sales:

• Tickets can be purchased as a single purchase or up to 10 (Tables of 10)
• Single purchase tickets can select their community group / club / business / organisation if they want to sit with that group
• Alternatively, once tickets are purchased you can email perthspectres@gmail.com with seating requests and dietary requirements.
