KEY DATES | INFOMATION:

• Committee Nominations: Nominate for the committee and committee positions by no later than 11:59pm on 7th January 2024. To nominate Click Here
• Committee Agreed on x8 committee member positions, x5 of which are the office bearer positions; Club Leader, Treasurer, Secretary, Sport Leader & Community Leader with x3 General Committee Positions
• If you cannot attend the AGM you need to appoint a Proxy. A proxy simply means you are providing another person with instructions to 'vote on your behalf'. You need to advise the proxy directly and fill out our online Proxy form. Click Here to fill out the proxy form.
• For Online attendance, please use the proxy form and nominate a trusted individual to vote for you, however we will have a link provided to view / witness the AGM if you cannot be there. Please advise one of the committee if you are attending via online link.
• Please wear Perth Spectres branded merch/jerseys where possible. For those nominating please bring your playing Jersey for photos. 

Life Member Nominations

• You are able to nominate a Life Member/s up to Saturday 13th January 2024. The committee will decide who becomes a life member based on submissions.  Life members will be awarded at the discretion of the committee and announced during the AGM. To nominate Life Members Click Here.

THE AGM EVENT - RUNDOWN OF EVENT:

Location: Pride WA Office, Pride Piazza, James Street (TBC - We are waiting on booking confirmation)

Arrive: 10:00 am - Arrive outside of Northbride Brewing Co in the Piazza. 

Head Upstairs: At 10:10 everyone will be taken upstairs, please do not be late. 

10:30 am: AGM Commences

• Annual overview - General overview from outgoing Club Leader, Justin Barnes
• Annual report overview - Treasurer, Adam Kinnest
• Annual sporting overview from outgoing Sport Leader, Brendon Entrekin
• Calling on all nominees to give their individual speech and address to the Club. These will be individually introduced.

Approx 11:00 am:  AGM Voting Commences. Votes cast per position starting from Club Leader through all office bearers and general committee members. 

Approx 11:15 am - counting begins

Approx 11:30am: 

- Existing Committee announce (if any) Life Members

- Outgoing Club Leader will announce the new elected committee for 2024. 

- Call for any other topics / comments / discussions / feedback. 

- Outgoing committee photo 

- New committee photos [Individual & Group Photos]. Please bring/wear your Perth Spectres Club Jersey (for photo consistency) 

- Close out event. 

12:00pm onwards: Perth Spectres Basketball Club head over to Northbridge Brewing Co for Lunch & Drinks.
